~ Shipping is through the USPS (postal service).
~ Smaller items and patterns 16oz will ship First Class. Insurance is not included in First Class but will be added when needed
~Priority Mail includes insurance in the cost to cover any lost or damaged items. Priority normally takes 2-4 business days for delivery.
~Items will be carefully wrapped, padded, sealed and shipped within 24
~Should an item be delivered damaged or with conditions not listed, please take pictures and contact me promptly so that we may work together towards a satisfactory resolution
